Dear Wasatch Elementary Families,

It is an honor to join the Wildcat community and introduce myself as the new principal of Wasatch Elementary.

My journey in education has been enriched by years of service and learning. I hold bachelor's degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology, a master's in School Counseling, and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy at The University of Utah. My years at Youth Impact empowered my dedication to Ogden's youth. This dedication led to roles as the Title 1 Administrative Assistant at Ogden School District, School Counselor in Ogden and Granite School Districts, teacher at Ben Lomond High School, and most recently, serving as the Assistant Principal at Liberty Elementary.

These experiences have reinforced my belief in the power of collaboration between educators and families to create an enriching learning environment for all students. I am committed to continuing the strong legacy at Wasatch Elementary by fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Open communication is essential, and I welcome your input as we work together for our children's success.

As we transition into this new school year together, I look forward to meeting each of you and will organize a meet and greet before the school year starts.
